PAYMENTS
Everyone at the salon is self-employed, therefore each payment must be direct to the therapist performing your treatment.
Jo & Harriet accept - Cash, Card, Bank Transfer, Gift Vouchers.
Millie, Lorna & Sophie accept - Cash, Bank Transfer, Gift Vouchers.
Beth accepts - Cash & Bank Transfer.
BOOKING
Advanced booking is always recommended as we get very busy, especially at evenings, weekends, summertime & Christmas.
Our easy to navigate online booking system lets you book in up to 3 months in advance, and cancel treatments up to 48 hours before your appointment.

Our booking system uses Card Capture technology. This keeps your card details completely safe, we can't even see them, but it does mean if a client fails to follow our cancellation policy then their card can automatically be charged a missed appointment fee.
Booking Fees are payable for some treatments and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
PARKING
There is Pay & Display parking available directly across the road from the salon at Sylvan car park.
There is Pay & Display parking just a short walk away at Spring Gardens car park.
You can pay via cash, card or via the PayByPhone app.

There is also FREE 2 hour bay parking available a short walk away by The Railway Pub & G&T Motors.

You are responsible for allowing enough parking time for your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
No shows & last minute cancellations have a detrimental impact on small businesses like ourselves.
We have this policy in place to protect our income, it's not personal when we have to enforce it.

A 24 hour notice period is required to cancel any bookings. However, 48 hours is preferred where possible.
Failure to cancel before 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge.
However, if we manage to fill the appointment slot with another booking you will not be charged.
No show appointments will require a 100% charge for the missed appointment, and also a 50% non-refundable fee for any future bookings (the time frame given to pay this fee is at the therapists discretion).
PUNCTUALITY
If you are late for your appointment we will try our best to still perform the full treatment in the time remaining. However, sometimes this is not always possible. It also has a knock on effect on other our clients for the rest of the day, therefore your treatment will be shortened accordingly, but still be charged at the full price.

We try to stick to our schedule and stay on time as much as possible. However, sometimes things happen out of our control. If we are running late for your appointment we will try and let you know where possible.
Rest assured your full treatment will still be carried out.
VOUCHERS
Vouchers have a 1 year expiry date and they cannot be used after this time. They are non-refundable. Please make sure you bring your voucher with you to your appointment.

We do not accept the responsibility for any lost vouchers.

Raffle prize vouchers have an expiry of 6 months.
Raffle prize vouchers are donated out of kindness, generosity, and for the sake of a charity. They can only be used for the treatment stated. They cannot be swapped to a different treatment, or used to "pay the difference" on another service.
