SkinPen® is the gold standard in microneedling devices/treatments.
It is a clinically proven treatment, designed to improve the overall health and appearance of the skin.
Using advanced, medical-grade technology, SkinPen® creates controlled micro-channels within the skin, stimulating the body’s natural healing response, in turn encouraging the production of collagen and elastin to strengthen and rejuvenate the skin.

SkinPen® microneedling is minimally invasive with little downtime.
You will experience some redness following the treatment, similar to a mild sunburn, which typically subsides within 24–48 hours.

WHAT TO
EXPECT
Your SkinPen® microneedling treatment will begin with a thorough consultation to assess your skin and discuss your concerns and goals.
Your skin will be cleansed and a topical numbing cream will be applied to ensure maximum comfort.
Then a special gel is applied before the SkinPen® device is then gently passed over the skin, creating controlled micro-channels to stimulate the skin’s natural repair process.
We follow with a bio-cellulose sheet mask to soothe & calm the skin before you leave the salon.
We typically book out around 60–75 minutes per treatment.
After your treatment, your skin will appear red and feel warm, very similar to a mild sunburn. This is completely normal and is a good response to the micro needling. It usually settles within a day or so.
You will be provided with the correct aftercare products & advice to support your skin as it heals.
Over the following weeks, as collagen production increases, you will begin to notice improvements in the texture, tone, and overall appearance of your skin.
For best results, a course of treatments, usually 3-6 sessions at 3-4 week intervals, is recommended.

As new collagen forms, the skin becomes structurally stronger, with improved density and integrity.
This leads to a visible reduction in fine lines, acne scarring, and textural irregularities, while enhancing overall skin tone and firmness.
The micro-channels created also temporarily increase skin permeability, enabling optimised delivery of professional-grade serums applied during treatment, maximising their efficacy at a deeper level.
